This magwell extension and backstrap combo is an essential upgrade for your Nomad 9F (G17 Gen5) or Nomad 9X (G19X Gen5) pistol frame. The magwell is designed to seamlessly install onto you Nomad 9F or your Nomad 9X frame. This magwell/backstrap combo will install with the factory backstrap retention pin that ships with every Nomad 9F frame. Shooters with large hands and anyone looking for smoother, faster reloads will appreciate the extra grip security this magwell provides. The internal magwell flare increases substantially, but externally, the magwell has a compact look and feel. The addition of an integrated medium backstrap gives this upgrade a premium feel, but more importantly, this setup provides a very secure fit between magwell and frame.

Seems extremely high quality. Fits the frame perfectly and attachment seem solid. I like it as a duty magwell, since it’s not too large that it gets in the way. The aluminium backstrap is textured enough that you don’t loose much by removing the textured plastic rear backstrap. It also adds weight in the right place, helping balance the frame.

Great must have addition to the already really good frame. The grip on the backstrap is perfect. It’s aggressive but not too aggressive and the magwell works as it should. There are must have additions.
